I think I was at tang hall school about 1951/2 and burnholme school until about 1962 I remember Terry and the fruit and veg shop. Brings back many happy memories. Do you remember the Harrison’s Philip John and Ann

Linda Farmery was my aunt. Malcolm Farmery my Dad, both lived on Rymer Street.

Hi my Great Great Grandfather Harry Skelton was born in 1 Down Hill Street in 1891 then within 5mths moved to no:79.
When where your relatives there?

My Great Great Great Grandfather was born in NO: 1 Down Hill Street in 1891.
Harry Skelton and then 5mths later they were living at NO: 79 Down Hill Street. Amazing seeing photos.

I was at tanghall primary in 1951 I think and from there to burnholme 1959
I knew the fruit and veg shop I used to play with Terry Morrison it s been good to hear from you

Hi Alan, what year were you at Tang Hall/Burnholme Schools?
Do you remember the fruit and veg shop in Layerthorpe? Just wondering if you remember Terry Morrison from there. He also went to those schools and was in my class.

My Dad Rick Jackson worked for loll at Ryan’s Demolition for many years I rember my Dad saying loll had lots of chimney pots my Grandad Charlie Wood lived at 11 Webster Street I rember the lady at the corner shop called Marion
