They were moved out by council compulsory purchase, guessing 1958/59/60.

York Auto Electrics was built on top of where their house was. I think it later became an Opel dealership.

Thinking back, I wonder who made money from these compulsory purchases of peoples properties. It was quite a common thing at the time.
